Literacy Lunch & Lead Series

Join the Literacy Lunch & Lead Series - FREE monthly virtual learning with literacy leaders from around the country and Wisconsin. If you are interested in learning more about systems, structures, and use of evidenced-based literacy practices, this series is for you!

According to the National Association of Educational Progress, 34% of Wisconsin’s students are BELOW basic in reading. This means 1:3 WI students have sub-literacy skills including weak fluency and word recognition.

The Lunch & Lead Series is designed to connect WI Literacy Leaders with Literacy Leaders who have demonstrated systems changes in their schools or districts. If you are interested in learning more about analyzing your district’s systems, structures, and use of evidenced-based literacy practices, this series is for you!

The Literacy Lunch & Lead Series is hosted on Zoom on the 1st Friday of each month from 1:00-2:00 PM CST. Attendees must register in advance. Registrants will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining. Recordings will be emailed to registrants following each Literacy Lunch & Lead.
